Made to order: Production begins as soon as your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. Estimated delivery is approximately 2 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

1. SHIPPING POLICY
⏱️ Delivery Timeline
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & holidays).
- Shipping Time: Approximately 2 weeks (subject to customs, weather, peak seasons, carrier delays, etc.).
- Shipping Location: Hanoi, Vietnam.
🚚 Order Tracking
- Confirmation Email: Sent with a tracking number once dispatched.
- Activation Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active.
📍 Shipping Address & Extra Fees
- Address Changes: Contact immediately if there’s an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or is shipped.
- Customs & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
2. RETURN POLICY
🚫 General Return Policy
- No Returns/Exchanges: Because items are handcrafted and made to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not accepted.
- Exceptions: Replacements are provided if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to company error.
🔄 Replacement Conditions & Process
- Eligible Scenarios: Wrong item received, damaged during transit, manufacturing defects, or doesn't match approved personalization.
- Deadline: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- How to Claim: Email hello@shmilystudio.com with your order number, brief description, and clear photos/videos (product, packaging, shipping label).
- Response Time: Claims are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved replacements (or alternate solutions) are provided at no extra cost.
⛔ Non-Eligible Items
- Custom/personalized items (unless defective or company error).
- Orders with incorrect details provided by the customer (spelling, names, dates, color).
- Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
❌ Cancellations & 💳 Refunds
- Cancellations: Only allowed before production starts. Once in production or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds: Issued only if a replacement is not possible or in exceptional approved cases. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
