For more complex or fully custom designs, an additional design or customization fee may apply depending on the requirements.

We can send you a digital preview before we start production, or a photo of the finished item before shipping. Simply let us know which option you prefer.
For custom designs, we will make the item based on the details and ideas you provide. Please note that small differences may occur because each piece is handmade.

We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as:
- Misspelled names
- Incorrect dates

If you notice a mistake before we start production, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order if it is still possible.

Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes to the personalization or custom design.
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will let you know whether the requested change is still possible.
💕 Customized Items & Returns
Because personalized and custom-designed items are made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect personalization information provided by the customer.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
